i had a superior suite with one double bed and one single bed. the room included both a shower and a bathtub, i also found working air conditioning. apply, twice.
the housekeeping service seemed slightly less thorough than i hoped. cups were not removed from downstairs.

i enjoyed the spacious room! it was well designed with nice amenities. plus, the staff at reception was super helpful! i also found a spar shop right across from the hotel, very convenient!
housekeeping seemed a bit off ! a wet bath mat was left on my desk chair one day! the sugar and tea were not replenished, and the cleaning felt rushed, a definite area for improvement!

The location impressed me. It was near the metro. friendly staff were always smiling. they seemed happy to help. the room was cleaned every day, a precious thing for me.
the house keeping service declined compared to previous times. one day, a wet bath mat rested on my desk chair. the cleaning was not thorough, a disappointment. cups from downstairs were not removed.

urine odorbreakfast seating
the toilet had a VERY strong urine odor. it permeated the entire room, VERY unpleasant. i think some bleach could fix it easily. the breakfast area is in the lobby, this is problematic. around 9 am, there were no seats available and we had to wait about 20 minutes for a table.

the room was spacious with tea making facilities. the staff seemed helpful and efficient. i found the breakfast to be fine with a good variety of meals , including lactose-free options. the location is very convenient because it is close to the metro.
the cleanliness was not up to standard , as used cups and glasses were not cleaned or replaced. complimentary teas , coffees , and milk were not topped up .
